We offer a wide range of sporting and physical activities. Having a fully equipped sports hall and large playing fields enables the children to take part and experience many individual and team sports.
We also take Years 2, 3 and 4 swimming at the pool in Hexham. Children are taught to use a range of stokes confidently and be able to swim at least 25 metres.
Currently in Y6, 78% of the pupils can confidently swim at least 25 metres; 100% can use a range of strokes and 95% have learnt life saving skills in the water.
